Therapy for anxiety consists of weekly 55 minute, one-on-one sessions that help you move you through your obstacles to a meaningful life with YOU in it. In addition to listening, I will share what the science tells us about what's going on for you and balance compassion with challenge to hold you accountable to your chosen direction. While this is your work, as your therapist/collaborator I play an active role. Here’s how it will work step-by-step:
