Surviving Uncertainty

Caring for you, just as you are.

Combining self-doubt with the unpredictable nature of people & events lends itself to a minefield of anxiety. It prompts you to wish your thoughts and feelings were different, that you felt confident representing your experience. This in and of itself is valid and makes sense. Often its exacerbated by loss and life transitions.

Helping Women and Nonbinary Adults get free from Anxiety's clutches, finding confidence in authenticity

Do any of the following resonate with you?

  • You put the comfort of others before your own truth.

  • Fearing rejection; you often hold back your knowledge and self-expression.

  • You are exhausted; trying to figure out what to do and how to be.

  • You spend considerable time trying to control for future outcomes.

If these sound true for you, I want you to know that you are not alone. Imagine everyone is playing poker and the cards are our genuine selves. Many people just suffer in silence, holding their cards. Through our work together you can find the courage to choose for yourself how you want to come to the table. You don't have to figure everything thing out on your own.

How is anxiety getting in your way? When we begin working together clients often say that fear is a barrier that keeps them out of spaces and conversations they want to be in. If this is true for you, anxiety is holding you back. It stops you from sharing both your brilliance and your hurts, stealing your power and your vulnerability. That impact is huge.

We are the ones we have been waiting for.

In addition to listening, I will share what the science tells us about what's going on for you and balance compassion with challenge to hold you accountable to your chosen direction. While this is your work, as your therapist/collaborator I play an active role. Here’s how it will work step-by-step:
